Quality is not just part of our name, it is a fundamental focus of our business. Our business and production-control processes are certified to ISO 9001:2015 for manufacturing operations (design services excluded) and further strengthened by the rigorous requirements from standardized supplier quality assessments of leading equipment manufacturers. We are regularly audited to ensure these standards are maintained.

We ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process by equipping each of our personnel and manufacturing stations with the inspection tools necessary to reliably inspect the aspects of the part that have been manufactured. A basic work station includes 2 calipers (8” and 18”), a micrometer, and a height gauge. After manufacturing is complete every part goes through a final inspection to ensure the part complies with all specifications of the customer’s drawing ensuring zero defects are shipped to customers.
