We have been a pioneer in the metal spinning industry for over 50 years. We offer the best combination of machines, systems, services & best practices for the industry. Our 30,000 square foot metal spinning & machine shop has multiple CNC Spinning Lathes, 5 Axis Machining Centers, Waterjet stations, 3d printing capabilities & more.
Either receive drawing and continue to step 2 or work with customer engineer on refining part to make it more easily manufactured
Before going into production, take the opportunity to see your part in 3D. We have a cutting edge 3D printer in-house to assist in your product development process.
The raw material is prepared and spun. Then, the part is machined and inspected to drawing specs and secondary processes are applied. The part is then packaged and shipped to customer.
In house engineering/production designs a process plan and creates a traveler. Also, designs tooling and gets it on the floor for manufacturing.
