Quality is not just part of our name, it’s a fundamental focus of our business. Our business and production control processes are modeled after ISO 9001-2015 certifications and on even more stringent requirements derived from the Standardized Supplier Quality Assessments of the leading equipment manufacturers in the industry. We pride ourselves in being regularly and successfully audited to ensure we maintain these standards.

We ensure quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process by equipping each of our personnel and manufacturing stations with the inspection tools necessary to reliably inspect the aspects of the part that have been manufactured. A basic work station includes 2 calipers (8” and 18”), a micrometer, and a height gauge. After manufacturing is complete every part goes through a final inspection to ensure the part complies with all specifications of the customer’s drawing ensuring zero defects are shipped to customers.

We put emphasis on the Quality Department and a thoroughly equipped and oversized Measurement/Inspection room.
